Terms of Service
I'll admit it, I did not put much effort in writing the Terms of Service yet. Since Edosia is in early alpha stage right now, I can not assume any liability regarding service outages or even major data loss. That being said, I would love you to use the service and I am going to do my utmost best to prevent a disaster scenario from happening. My own data is in there as well. That's not a guarantee, but it helps. And, above all, I am a careful guy. But bottom line here is: we're in alpha stage, bad things can happen. Accept it if you sign up. As the service matures, I am going to adapt this policy of course. Regarding your personal data (e-mail, name, ...): I will never share this data with 3rd parties without your previous consent.
Regarding your responsibilites as a user and the content that you post on Edosia: be responsible in what you write and publish. In particular, make sure that none of the prohibited items listed in this Wordpress.com Terms of Service appear on your sites or get linked to from your sites (things like spam, viruses, or hate content). Yes, that's right, for the moment, I've decided to use the Wordpress.com Terms of Service. The nice people of Automattic have decided to make theirs available under a Creative Commons Sharealike license. So don't do anything here that you are not allowed to on a Wordpress blog. Thanks!
